Maybe Moore and Epstein can form a joint defense agreement.

How dumb do they think the voters of Alabama are? Nobody has found Roy Moore “innocent,” since he hasn’t gone to trial.

Naw. A publicity stunt would be the Gadsden Mall putting up a giant sign that read:

Still 100% Roy Moore Free!

Why is Mr. Moore still calling himself Judge Moore even though he was removed from the Court for misconduct? Doing so is clearly a publicity stunt.

This filing is the equivalent of “pounding the table”.

“The recent motion about Judge Moore’s 2017 polygraph exam is posturing at its finest lacking all probative value.”

That’s a good point, because, as we all know, Roy Moore has only reprobative values.

Odd… They release snippets of the results to bolster their case in the filing, but don’t seem to want to release the whole thing…

I wonder whether Roy Moore “dated” Iwanka? That may explain why the Preshitident Skanky-Manslut and Iwanka went out of their way to neighboring states like Florida to campaign for Roy Moore?

Sassy!

Indeed.

“This irrelevant polygraph sideshow is a publicity stunt by the plaintiff

Oh, you mean the polygraph that your client himself brought up to “prove” his “innocence”?

They seem to call it “posturing”, a “publicity stunt”, and more. Notably, however, and revealingly, nowhere do they claim that Corfman’s statement about the polygraph is actually – hmm, what’s the word? Oh yeah – false.

Its also an ethical violation.
