After an evening chock full of potential Hatch Act violations on Tuesday night, the Republican National Committee is set to deliver an equally dizzying Round Three tonight, based on the lineup of firebrand conservatives speakers.
Because Trump is speaking tomorrow night, whatever good these people do for Trump will be negated.
This is not a convention it is a con. Like most good con artist, Trump is now working hard to get the Republicans and Independents that are not in the cult of Trump to believe what he says and not pay attention to what he does. I have watch enough episodes of American Greed while waiting for a flight to board to get that the Art of the Con leverages the conned unwillingness/inability to accept they have been conned. To me that is one of the keys to the swing states (and turnout!), getting the conned to accept it and reject their con-man.
