It’s unclear why the Commerce Department abruptly halted its disclosure avoidance methods, and expert guesses about the policy shift vary.
Oh, that part’s easy. They intend to pervert the constitutionally mandated census process into an Orwellian police state tool, and dump all the (deanonymized) data into Palantir.

A secondary MAGA benefit of privacy reduction is the discouragement of providing personal information to the Government and returning Census forms.

Having the Dems say all those nice things about Graham, he was a bully. He bullied them all the time. Remember the Kavanaugh hearings, and him blasting the Dems, during the hearings, just calling them cowards and trash and whatever, and they sat there and let 'em, not a peep from Durbin or Conn. or whoever was there with their tails between their legs. And don’t forget, Graham was one of the House Managers at Bill Clinton’s Impeachment trial.
And they wonder why their moderates keep getting their asses handed to them.
They aren’t your friends, they aren’t your co-workers or office buddies. They want your stuff, they want your spouses, they want you dead. They don’t give a shit about their constituents, they really don’t care about trump or vance or Vought or Miller, all they care about is themselves.
