The results are starting to come in for the Puerto Rico primary. With 10% reporting, Mitt Romney leads with 82% of the vote to Rick Santorum’s 9% and Gingrich’s 3%. Both Santorum and Romney flew to Puerto Rico to campaign this week. Twenty-three delegates are up for grabs.
