Republicans Flail In Deciding Who To Blame Before Warrant Release

When former President Donald Trump first announced the FBI raid on his Mar-a-Lago residence, many Republican lawmakers rhetorically rushed to his side.

The only question is how far over their skis some of them have gotten. Oh, and whether the independents notice. The True Believers won’t be swayed.

This is going to be beautiful…Republicans rush to defend Trump for, uh, breaking the law by taking classified information. Then, they learn that the FBI didn’t randomly throw a raid together, but instead DoJ has tried for months to get the documents back and been rebuffed by Trump and his minions. And now, we learn that the documents apparently include classified nuclear information, and who knows what else, and the DoJ is going to publish that information today.

They decided to jump in for political gain, riled up their base with violent rhetoric, and are now just like Wile E. Coyote hanging in the air, looking down, and realizing they are going to take a big fall. They deserve every bit of what comes from this, though the violence they just stirred up, once again, is going to last and cause a lot of pain and suffering.

And the hits keep coming.

https://www.nytimes.com/2022/08/12/nyregion/trump-weisselberg-investigation-plea.html
A Manhattan state court judge on Friday declined to throw out the criminal case against Donald J. Trump’s family business and its longtime chief financial officer, Allen H. Weisselberg, clearing the way for a trial in the case scheduled for the fall.

Mr. Weisselberg and the business, the Trump Organization, were charged last year by the Manhattan district attorney’s office with having engaged in a 15-year scheme in which executives were compensated with hidden benefits so that they could evade taxes. The charges stemmed from the office’s long-running investigation into the company’s business practices.

I’m only “liking” this moment because it’s difficult to “love” this moment knowing the terrifying possibility that Trump has already sold our nuclear secrets.

Yup. And just like Wile E., they are all Sooper Jeeniuses.

Love how Garland cut the ground out from underneath them. The ‘strategies’ listed in the article, lame and weak as they are, are about all they have left. SAD!

Lot of bitching and whining going on. But it’s all the same shit. Cowardly attempts to shift blame on those they know do not deserve it. None of this is legitimate concern. It’s collusion. Cowardice is the operative term.

They should welcome that.

If a god is going to get involved, it should be in a big way.

There have been far too many people on my FB feed (who should ALL know better) saying that there will soon be 87,000 armed IRS docs. And I just want to post “THEY ARE HIRING CLERKS”, but I know I’ll be shouting into the void, so I don’t. But I also think it’s sad that so many Americans don’t have a clue as to how the federal government functions.

Nuclear is one thing that could really blow up their arguments. (Hey, now there’s a meme… jump on that after the information comes out!)

Nuclear is a primal fear. After all, we’ve dropped two nuclear bombs, and that ain’t fake news. And you can’t see radioactivity, making it even more of a primal fear.

Watch out, Ted, you’re going to come back glowing in the dark, in a bad way!

The default people to blame, for anything, are the coastal elites, globalists, George Soros, the Radical Left, the Deep State, and Satan.
