Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) announcement that she would be switching districts for 2024’s election was a surprise — and unwelcome news for some of the other Republicans already running in a crowded primary in Boebert’s new home.
State Rep. Richard Holtorf was far more blunt in a statement released shortly after Boebert’s announcement that criticized what his campaign described as “carpetbagging.”
The GOP takes on the Civil War and Reconstruction in one day! Huzzah!
You gotta love the US space force cap that she is wearing.
There is ample evidence that she qualifies as a space cadet.
No doubt the humor would be wasted on her.
@seamus42 thank you for sharing the carpetbagger reference. Anytime that an activist can use a physical prop to illustrate their point is a good thing. See Trump baby balloons for confirmation.
But Frisch is sad because CO 3 still leans red and Boebert’s replacement will probably make it a tougher win for a Dem rather than (relatively) easier task if she’d stayed put.
As for Boebert herself, gotta give the woman some props: from trailer trash she’s come a very long way; not enough to make her sufferable but FWIW
Bobo is such a trunt! She knows she’s going to lose, so is pulling this stunt to try and make herself relevant. She’s failing, and will be back throwing burgers on the grill.
This seems to be why…they want to keep the grift going…
The Associated Press reported in August 2021 (here ) that Boebert did not report her husband’s earned income for 2019 until her 2020 financial disclosure forms. Jayson Boebert is listed as making $460,601.00 in 2019 and $478,386.00 in 2020 for “consulting services” to Terra Energy Partners, LLC.
Whenever one of these grifters says “I’m blessed,” I start backing up very carefully, making no sudden moves, and try to nonchalantly exit the immediate area.
