The Republican Jewish Coalition slammed Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) following a TPM report that detailed substantial evidence tying Gosar’s digital director, Wade Searle, to Neo-Nazi leader Nick Fuentes.
“Republican Jewish Coalition”? Who comprises this group. Are they Republican Jewish congresspersons, an outside group? I mean it’s good that they exist and are condemning Gosar, but I’ve never heard of them before, but then again, I don’t get out much.
I suspect that such members are motivated by the same “issues” that drive any republican member: racial hatred, taxes; immigrant hatred.
They are relatively rare, but I’ve know some bigoted Jews, blacks, Hispanics.
In some perverse way, victims of bigotry can become bigots themselves.
“If James Comer had a single ounce of integrity or credibility in his body, he would demand Rep. Gosar fire his staffer and remove Gosar from his committee.”
When I meet any Republican Jews today I assume that they have some sort of mental cognitive or severe character defect. The politicization of Israel to become a partisan issue has led here and now the dogs are waking up with toxic fleas.
I imagine they may be a legitimate group, but for how long? I expect they’ll soon become yet another white-washed (in every sense of the word) front for the RNC.
That’s what happened to the so-called Log Cabin Republicans, which began as a legitimate if horribly misguided group of gays in the 90s who hoped to change the party from within, but which is now a wholly-owned marketing subsidiary of the RNC, typically firing up tweets and misinformation just prior to elections before fading again into the ether.
