Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani has been asking around for possible defense attorneys, a notable move since he asserted last week that he’d only lawyer up if absolutely necessary.
“Lightly seared on the reality grill…”
Though unlike Trump, Giuliani will likely pay his attorney. So that’s a plus.

As a New Yorker this is kind of amusing since as mayor he had it out for legal services, the folks who represented the poor, working class and those at risk of getting evicted.
I’m sure many of them would be happy to give him legal advice.

It should not be too hard for Giuliani to find an attorney. I personally know a few who would love to take a dive on a case.

I am going to go a little off topic with this post to address Josh’s editorial comment last night.
Josh is missing the much bigger point here, unless I am completely misreading it.

This is precisely the worry I voiced some time ago when Barr started rooting through intelligence files and then hit the road on his adventures.
He is revealing sources and methods…and most probably is revealing classified information that originated with the country to which he is speaking. So, he is burning our intelligence agencies world wide, with our allies. I can imagine no way these conversations are happening where Barr is going into “extraordinary detail” on intelligence matters, without these things happening.
And that’s a VERY big deal.
