We have live footage of Jones’ reaction:

This is what I call a goldang schadenfreude smorgasbord.

It’s better than senior discount night at Golden Corral, even when they have the apple crumble.

I hope they use an old rope.

BTW, can some lawyer tell me how his attorneys could accidentally send his texts to the plaintiff’s attorney, and then they’re kept, and presented as evidence against him in court?

I’m guessing Alex had a bad day?

Alex Jones probably has no acting talent, but he has just the right look to play Beast Rabban Harkonnen. Who played him in the recent Dune movie?

I’m no lawyer but it sounds like his attorneys don’t like him much either.

txlawyer says it’s old news and the pics came from unsolicited emails to his infowars account.

I hope he saved everything including texts on or around January 6th.

Stellan SkarsgĂĄrd who did very good in my estimation. Would rather not have the next movie ruined by a bankrupt clown.

Edit: Slight mistake here (as noted below), Stellan played the Baron, not the Beast Rabban (who was played by the excellent Dave Bautista). Sadly, I don’t think we’re going to repeat of Sting as Feyd-Rautha in the remake.

If true, completely unsurprising. Jones is a full on sociopath.

Also Jones’ medical records. Crappy lawyers.

From the video it seems his lawyer did not act upon it. Period.

So, even if they were “accidently” produced, based on the Sandy Hook parents’ lawyer’s questions to Jones, it appears that they, the Sandy Hook Parent’s lawyers, took the appropriate ethical steps to notify the defense lawyers that they had produced potentially privileged materials. However, Jones’s lawyers then took no action to “claw-back” the erroneously produced materials, or make any claim of privilege.

However, once they are produced, and no claim of privilege is made, they are fair game to use as evidence (so long as they are relevant, and authenticated). And from what I watched of the exchange, Jones’s lawyer sat quietly by with his finger on his lips as this line of questioning continued.

What I suspect is that the lawyers realized that they had not produced discoverable materials, and that they had allowed their client to testify that they didn’t exist, potentially putting them in hot water with their Bar Associations, not to mention the trial judge in this case. So, they decided to “accidently” produce them in order to try to mitigate the damage to themselves.

Can you explain that last paragraph? Not sure I follow the logic.
