Report: Hutchinson Cooperated With The DOJ’s Jan. 6 Investigation

I liked the part where one agent stop him just outside after Eastman exited a restaurant and served him the warrant, while another agent snuck up from behind and yanked the phone out of his pocket.

IIRC, the FBI guys yanked the phone off of him before showing him the warrant. That they didn’t show him the warrant first was one of his whines.

Either way, it was freaking hilarious.

I think it was kind of bang-bang. The in-your-face guy stops him and shows him a doc that he of course can’t read from that distance and angle, while Eastman’s going wubba-wubba-what-warrant, the sneak-up-from-behind guy yoinks the phone.

He’s completely insane, you know.

Oh, yeah. What are you going to do?

Whatever he says.

Anyone know whether Secret Service turning in any of the texts to the J6 Coup Committee? I recall they said they only found one text and had destroyed the others.

Would you believe that Borowitz was inspired by irasdad? And that’s all I’ll say about that.

Those that watched her testimony to J6 understood she took her oath and responsibility seriously…that she would continue to do so should surprise no one…

And yet all the people screaming from the shadows that she’s a liar, delusional, an attention whore, etc, are declining the chance to appear on camera and under oath to refute her testimony

After Hutchinson’s public testimony before the Congress.

Remind me again, when was it that they executed a search warrant to seize all of Rudy’s shit? And when did they do the grand jury subpoenas for like a dozen people one degree of separation from Fat Boy? And what day did DOJ execute a search warrant on Jeff Clark’s home? And what was the date of her public testimony again? You know, the day that was the exact same day that the FBI seized John Eastman’s phone and so hilariously unlocked it with his face?

Please, don’t be bringing that weak-ass shit.

So you’re saying it’s been a robust and comprehensive investigation so far or…?

Yes, and I am further stating that you are ignorant beyond belief on this.

ETA: Note that, as illuminating as her testimony was, Cassidy Hutchinson produced ZERO testimony capable of getting Fat Boy indicted on a major felony. Incitement to riot is plausible with her testimony that Lard Lad was told the mob was armed, but that’s far from a slam dunk and he’d most likely do less than a year for it. The key to the kingdom is conspiracy to obstruct the official proceeding and, possibly but not likely, seditious conspiracy.

If only DOJ would take it a step further…

Stop being stupid. Go find all those dates of those very real investigative events I listed above. And then please, for the love of Dog, stop your ignorant bullshit.

If only my stopping being stupid was as easy as you stopping being arrogant?

Do you dispute not knowing what the fuck you’re babbling about DOJ suddenly waking up that – holy shit! – Trump was a fucking criminal when they watched Cassidy Hutchinson talking about it on the teevee?

Do you dispute that they seized Rudy’s shit in April 2021?

Do you dispute that they issued the better part of a dozen grand jury subpoenas to people who are literally one degree of separation away from Trump well before she testified on the teevee?

Do you dispute that they executed the search warrant on Jeff Clark – hilariously underclad in his undies on the driveaway – the week before she testified on the teevee?

Do you dispute that they fucking hilariously seized John Eastman’s phone on the same fucking day she testified on the teevee/

Do you dispute cause and/or effect?

Or are you just a disaffected know-nothing?

I just wanted to say how much I love your legal analysis, but seriously - you would be a lot more persuasive if you cut back a bit on the abusive bullshit additions. Just sayin’…

Not sure if you’re justifying his use of the abusive terms he uses when he’s in “confrontation mode” or referring to something else I’m missing, but I was referring to the use of a general tone of confrontation and abuse that a certain subsection of our participants like to use when responding to posts they disagree with.

Now, this doesn’t affect me all that much, given that I’ve most of them on long term “Ignore”, but I do find that it cheapens the tone around here. I find I can disagree with most posts without abusing the poster, and those I can’t I put on ignore, but that’s me -ya’ll’s mileage may vary…
