“It was not immediately clear what Danchenko was being charged with.”

It’s not clear to Durham either, but he’ll find something.

Nice how even though we have a Dem in the WH we have a republican in charge of the FBI, and our very own Ken star at doj.

He’s been charged with “we’re going to prosecute you unless you tell us what we want you to say” in the 1st degree.

I can’t figure out if this is us doxxing a US intelligence asset or a Russian one. If it’s the first, Durham should be charged.

What parts of this Steele dossier have been debunked? With sources, please, if you have them. This smells like legal mischief at the highest State level. Indicted the attorney for the DNC?
Jesus.

Ham Sandwich #2.

$5 says that he’s the next contestant on ‘lie to a FBI agent’.

Magistrate, probably. And any judge or magistrate judge is going to sign an arrest warrant for the ham sandwich after Durham has gotten the grand jury to indict it.

I suspect there will be another “lying to FBI” charge, attempting to say that telling the FBI something that later evidence showed to be false is a crime. Probably just as shaky as the charges against Sussman, and just an attempt to keep his investigation going. Durham is doing everything he can to find smoke from the lack of fire in the next campground while ignoring all of the fire from the 2016 Russian interference campaign in front of him.

Steele is British, and that’s who this guy was working for. Possible that he was a conduit for Russian disinfo, but I’ll wait to see what the indictment charges. Maybe FARA?

Doxxing a republican asset-- dude worked for the Brookings Institution “think tank”.

Make believe!! Aint it great?. How long does this white washing charade go on? Durham isn’t going to get a conviction of anyone he arrests or indicts and he knows that. He’s just low life enough to ignore the principals and honor of his profession to do this quack work. That’s why they chose him.

When do charges result from TFG lying to the FBI? Or is the monarchy immune?

Exactly. Durham can arrest someone but Garland and the House Committee can’t get people to talk, despite a subpoena. And how’s that Contempt thing with Banoon doing anyway? It’s been a week hasn’t it?

The indictment was “for” casting eyes from Trump. It will end up a strained effort and denounced by legal scholars from coast to coast. Let’s not forget this quack HAD to get an indictment or two otherwise his partisan hack work boomerangs and gives credibility to the notion that Trump did hook up with Russia.
