The transcripts from several phone calls between Michael Flynn and Russian officials became public Friday, including his Dec. 2016 call with Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak discussing sanctions the Obama administration imposed on Russia.
Well I guess I know where my eyes are going to be most of the evening. Right hear with my pepes! I’m sure many of you a reading prior to comment. I can’t wait for your analysees.
I do not trust Ratcliffe one bit. I do not trust the accuracy and completeness of these transcripts one bit. The reelection campaign, excuse me, the federal government, has been a little too eager to release these docs.
FLYNN: And remember now, remember, Ambassador, you’re not talking to a diplomat, you’re talking to a soldier, so I’m a very practical guy, and it’s about solutions. It’s about very practical solutions that we’re – that we need to come up with here. And, uh, and we have to stop talking past each other on – and so that means that we have to understand what it is that we want to try to achieve, okay?
KISLYAK: Yeah. I agree. Fully.
FLYNN: Okay.
KISLYAK: Thank you so much, and by the way –
FLYNN: How was your holiday? Is your family still with ya?
Two thoughts.
Finding out about Kislyak’s holiday was, evidently, what they wanted to try to achieve.
The transcriptionist reprinted that Flynn said “ya.”
The 12/29/2016 call is not represented in transcript form. It loosely summarizes the back-and-forth conversation, but has no verbatim quotes. (This is as far as I’ve read.)
Nothing more tham someone’s rewrite. A complete pile of horseshit.
What was different about December 29, 2016? It was the day the Obama Administration slapped sanctions on Russia for their interference in our elections. Yes, I absolutely want to know the exact words that were exchanged between Flynn and Kislyak that day.
The worst thing about these being released on a Friday afternoon is that we’re going to have to read a bunch of icky, pervy, gross weekend tweets about Strzok and Page from the Orange Toddler over the next 72 hours. The big white day care center with pillars is understaffed over the weekend and there is less censorship of the infantile one.
If the word “sanctions” was uttered by anyone in those conversions ( it was ) it supports what we know to be true and what St, Mueller just couldn’t get to. The deal was : We’ll do what we can to help Trump get elected, troll the internet, slip in some foreign cash and hack the DNC. You lift those pesky Magninskty sanctions so Putin’s boys can get their looted money back into Western financial markets.
Flynn is asking Kislyak to hold back wrt the Obama administration coming sanctions. Pretty damning.
FLYNN: So, you know, depending on, depending on what uh, actions they take over this current
issue of the cyber stutf, you know, where they’re looking like they’re gonna, they’re gonna
dismiss some number of Russians out of the country, I understand all that and I understand that~
that, you know, the information that they have and all that, but what I would ask Russia to do is
to not - is - is - if anything - because I know you have to have some sort of action - to, to only
make it reciprocal. Make it reciprocal. Don’t - don’t make it- don’t go any further than you
have to. Because I don’t want us to get into something that has to escalate, on a, you know, on a
tit for tat. You follow me, Ambassador?
Yep…I only skimmed through them because I’d rather make a drink and go play a game at this point on Friday, but I think that’s the paragraph right there that had him worried and lying. Also, it all just reads like they’re talking in code…circumlocuting something while they both know what they’re really talking about.
We agree. One of the problems among the measures that have been announced today
is that now FSB and GRU are sanctions, are sanctioned, and I ask myself, uh…
Flynn: > And please make sure that its uh - the idea is, be - if you~ if you have to do something,
do something on a reciprocal basis, meaning you know, on a sort of an even basis. Then that,
then that is a good message and we’ll understand that message. And, and then, we know that
we’re not going to escalate this thing, where we~ where because if we put out- ifwe send out 30
guys and you send out 60, you know, or you shut down every Embassy, r mean we have to get
this to a - lefs, let’s keep this at a level that uh is, is even-keeled, okay? ls even-keeled. And
then what we can do is, when we come in, we can then have a better conversation about where,
where we’re gonna go, uh~ regarding uh, regarding our relationship
This is really something and he lied about it. Friday news dump in play here.
