READ: Senate Intel Drops Final Russia Probe Report | Talking Points Memo

The fact that the unredacted version confirms criminal and/or treasonous acts-- means there’s further, worse levels of treachery within.

What this report release does do as evidence from a Senate committee? Is act to defuse accusations Barr was thinking of using to ‘drop’ in his October Surprise indictments. Using as evidence crappily edited audio and video mashups that are an embarrassment.

Holy S___. If that’s the BIPARTISAN report, imagine all the stuff that is almost certainly true that the Democrats on the committee couldn’t get into the report! In face of this, Barr and Durham will be proved to have nothing but enough smoke and mirrors to satisfy the demented base. But will any of it matter? Convenient that this gets dumped during the Democratic virtual convention when MSNBC won’t be all on top of it. Also convenient that the Senate still cares about redacting to protect classified sources and methods, a constraint that Kremlin agents Bill Barr and Donald Trump have jettisoned.

At least it’s a stunt and not the travesty of justice that I’d feared.

Meanwhile, over in the Whackiverse, the report totally exonerates Trump, and proves conclusively that Biden helped Obama spy on his campaign with the help of Antifa.

I’d say Russia might get a mention or two in prime time tonight.

Umm...why was Roger Stone drafting pro-Russia tweets for Trump in July 2016, as he was teasing more WikiLeaks dumps?

Here's a summary of a document about that Michael Flynn sent to KT McFarland in January 2017 that "originated with a close associate of a Kremlin insider," per the committee, and that the WH counsel's office wanted to withhold, citing executive privilege. pic.twitter.com/dPGYQpTHVr

“A grave counterintelligence threat”.
As historical comparison: In the 1950’s presidential candidate Adlai Stevenson was approached by Russian operatives to help his campaign. He being an honorable person immediately reported it to the intelligence agencies.

Wow--SSCI goes further than Mueller did in describing Konstantin Kilimnik's relationship with Russian intelligence. "Kilimnik is a Russian intelligence officer," the report says. kilimnik was Manafort's longtime business associate. (pg 28) pic.twitter.com/xpbhDechU1

‘Antifa’ is not explicit enough. Today, it’s Protesters, Never-Trumpers and Postal Workers. They’re the real enemies of America! :pensive:

Manafort said he’d work for free. Mr Art of the Deal said yes. That’s all the stable genius needed to know. Why spend when you’re just grifting? He had no intention of willing the presidency. And 4 years later, it’s clear he still has no intention of actually being a president. Con. Man.

Democrats, MSNBC, and everyone else on our side, me included, bought the “Mueller is an honest cop and an institutionalist” line, and therefore we didn’t denounce Rosenstein’s naming of a Republican as special counsel. We were filled with hope while Republicans screamed bloody murder, lobbied, and pressured 24-7. Had we denounced Mueller from the get-go as a Republican cover-up and put the same pressure on him as the other side did, the results of the report might have been quite different. This is in part on us for being lazy and trusting.

OBSTRUCTION: The Senate committee concluded that Donald Trump Jr. and Felix Sater may have obstructed their investigation by leaning on a fake joint defense agreement.

The committee declined to litigate it because of "time and resource considerations." pic.twitter.com/9qFtwILIdL

I cannot grasp how this entire administration has any legs to stand on. It has now been proven, beyond any doubt, that t rumpp and his campaign were the tools of an enemy state to win the 2016 election. How can they legally continue their illegitimate occupation of this nation’s highest office?
