“…President Trump over his attempt to pressure the Ukrainian government to manufacture helpful political information.”

Might even call them… "TRUMPED UP CHARGES"

The documents themselves are, strangely enough, all composed using cut out newspaper letters pasted on sheets of white paper.

This will be an interesting test- business as usual, or full and immediate compliance.

Either one will tell us much about the current state of the WH.

Acting” Chief of Staff, “Acting” Director of OMB… what I am waiting for is for Trump to start acting like the President of a real country, although if he starts acting like normal human being that would be a huge improvement.

This is Impeachment.

It’s not like this has never happened before.

Hand 'em over.

Seems like the fat cats are not all that happy with Trump, for all the “de-regulation” he claims to have accomplish there is nothing that is going to last after next presidency, and they attribute that at lack of competence in the administration.

Well, will anything be different here? Will compliance come more easily or will it be back to what they always do which is obstruction?

I think the White House is about to get reamed and reamed and reamed…

I almost can see the Capone-esque gestures to Barr:

Throwing him out the Oval Office turning around his fat body and shoving him out with the words:

“Get the fuck out of here! Handle it! What the fuck did I pay you for?”

@irasdad Wait till they try to get these reams.

Trump is very pissed, and he’s caught his breath a bit from the initial shock of all this. He’ll fight every demand from the House tooth and nail.

This is a business-as-usual request that will elicit a business-as-usual response: Executive privilege. Go fuck yourself.

There’s no mention of impeachment. There’s no mention of what will happen if the documents are not produced. There’s no assertion that time is of the essence. There’s no mention that the administration is engaging in a systematic attempt to undermine the constitutional authority of the House and that any failure to comply with the terms of the request will be viewed as part of that attempt.

All very curious.

Well, since there wasn’t any damaging info on the phone call read-out and the whistle-blower complaint was fake and based on hearsay, I’m sure there’s nothing to see in these documents either.

Hell, just produce everything you’ve got, even the stuff you’ve been hiding, and show those Democrat liars and frauds what fools they are. Bonus points if you include the tax returns.

It will be total exoneration - more total and more exonerating than anything you’ve ever seen.

They’ll be running around and reaming their heads off.

“This is well outside the purview of Congressional disbursement of funds.”

You know someone will say this. You just know it.
