You look at this stuff, at what the Republicans are trying to pass off, and wonder how they could be that disconnected from reality. And, it makes you wonder if we’ve ever had their outrageous behavior in our past…it’s truly astounding how they are behaving, to the point that you have to wonder if there is more than just the fear of their base driving them to defend Trump at all costs.
History will judge them poorly for this trash, it’s too bad they don’t care about what the next generations are going to say about them.
This seem to call for a Church Lady comment: Well isn’t that special.
Ahem…
Stefanik: “Sure, my dog scared several hundred sheep, but none of them died and that’s what matters.”
They’ll agree with the report. It’ll be amazing if they didn’t (I feel weird typing that), but the first one to step out of line, will be the first to get primaried.
Well, actually, a bunch of them died. But from natural causes. Nothing to do with the dog.
Jordan: “That’s what matters more.”
Ratcliffe: “Though a neighbor’s dog was put down for obvious foaming at the mouth, Elise’s dog is different and deserves to be spared.”
I doubt that they are that disconnected from reality. I take it that they are just faking it. I suspect even Gohmert, Gaetz, and Nunes know better but just don’t care. I’d might respect them a teeny tiny smidge if the were merely deluded.
We’ve certainly had outrageous behavior in the past. Preston Brooks’ caning of Charles Sumner nearly to death in 1856 certainly ranks up there. The Civil War and its leadup certainly featured outrageous immorality of various sorts. But this degree of just faking It over behavior this treasonous? (That’s treasonous in its ordinary sense, not the legal sense that requires a shooting war.) It’s hard to think of anything any worse.
Nunes: “The sheep were killed by a herd of unicorns.”
Congress would be a lot more entertaining if they brought back more of the “traditional” ways…
Now we are getting down to brass tacks. Brass tacks which of course could be dangerous when supplied by unicorns and then ingested by the sheep. And the sheep did so in defiance of the reputation of sheep being sheep. Just to show they are not sheeple.
" House GOP’s Impeachment Report Claims No Wrongdoing By Trump"
I am SHOCKED,STUNNED,SURPRISED,IN DISBELIEF,AND.:
Who Knew ?
Conaway: “Well, if the sheep weren’t corrupt grass eaters, Elise’s dog and his pack could have saved them.”
Read the report below:
“Donald Trump is the kindest, bravest, warmest, most wonderful human being I’ve ever known in my entire life.”
I.e: famous last words
Well if the Republicans wanted fucking proof then they should have insisted that Rudy, Mick the Prick, and oops I forget the other one’s name have testified. If there was no quid pro quo, no extortion, or bribery then all these player would have testified that it wasn’t the case. So why didn’t Nunes, McCaul, and Gymbo demand their presence?
Oh Gee. What a surprise this is.
Did they by any chance end their report by proclaiming Trump to be the second coming of Christ?
House GOP’s report on WHAT, exactly? They are in charge of NOTHING.
