Empty folders marked classified? FFS. This shit has gone on too long - there needs to be arrests now.

Oh there’s more, I am quite sure.
Speaking of odd places to keep secret stuff, a large pile of documents were removed from not just trump’s desk but from his bedroom closet. And he has the balls to yell at the FBI for taking a photo of folders on the floor.

Jeebus!!! Thanks Maat Shuham and TPM, for getting the raw document out there fast! 43 “empty folders” with “CLASSIFIED” banners and labels reading “Return to Staff Secretary/Military Aide.”

Which Federal judge issued this? That point seems newsworthy. Cannon, Reinhardt some unidentified other judge. News and information please.

I’m surprised by the number of empty folders marked “Classified” – it looks like the Feds arrived after the auction was completed!

Yeah, the empty folders are almost more alarming than anything else.

The classified empty folders are actually the most troubling, and the rest is already very very bad.

I think a visual needs to be posted…This is the White House driveway on 1/20/21…

Strangely at some point trump imagined a “presidential library” of his own to glorify himself…

I blame the parents. Where the hell were the grown ups in that abhorrent swamp of an administration?!?

From the 4th paragraph:

U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, said during a hearing Thursday that she planned to release the list, labeled a “detailed property inventory” by prosecutors.

Cannon’s name is in the header.

The judge in West Palm Beach who presided at yesterday’s hearing. I assume that would be trump’s appointed lackey. Both parties were asked if they objected to this release … neither did.

TFG’s lawyer wanted it, I suppose, because TFG couldn’t/wouldn’t say what they took.

TFG is, well, stubbornly determined to double-down on petulance

Is it possible that the contents of the now-empty folders were whisked away at the time by staff and found their way back to their proper place? That’s the only scenario I can imagine that isn’t horrifying.

What kind of moron leaves the empty folders!!!

What’s the problem? He’s clearly an innocent envelope collector. He’s particularly renowned in the envelope enthusiast community for his collection of unique 9x12s.

The first thing I noted. Where the hell are those documents?
