A new poll from Rasmussen shows President Obama ahead of former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney in an Ohio matchup amongst likely voters 45 – 41, but tied with Rick Santorum, the former Republican senator of nearby Pennsylvania, at 44 percent. Obama’s approval rating, which was underwater through most of 2011, is now nearly even at 50 approve and 49 percent disapprove. From Rasmussen:
