To the bone!

On the day I he was born appointed
The nurses Clerks all gathered 'round
And they gazed in wide wonder
At the joy Judge they had found
The head nurse Clerk spoke up
And she said leave listen to this one alone Judges tone
She could tell right away said don’t get him angry
That I was because he’s bad to the bone
(Apologies to George T and the destroyers)

It’s been a bucket list wish to live to see Texas turn purple or blue.
There are so many newly registered voters here. Anecdotally, several years ago here, Hispanics for the first time, made up a majority of public school students in Texas. Today, that number is 72%. Which portends well for the Democratic Party both in-state and nationally. As those Hispanic students at age 18 will vote predominantly Dem. The push to register and vote has been strong in both the age and ethnic cohorts in our state (I tend to watch a lot of soccer/futbol on Hispanic language channels). From these indicators? I finally have a real hope that Texas will ride a wave of change in 11 days.

Everything polling-wise says ā€˜dead heat’.
Yet I think there’s a swell of young, newly registered voters-- that are off-grid to pollsters-- that have gone unaccounted for in Texas polling.

The article is unclear on what, if anything, is happening with the disassembled machines.

I wonder if sullivan ever thinks to himself, ā€œIt has come to this? I’m making rulings ordering the USPS to deliver the damned mail?ā€

The question that comes to my mind is can a responsible DOJ bring up the charges they dropped for his guilty plea? What about his son’s charges?

If it takes contempt rulings to put these people in jail, I’m OK with that.

Oh, great. How do you say ā€œhanging chadā€ in texan? This is a state where the secretary of state recently got tossed for his campaign to disenfranchise 10s of thousands of voters on a phony premise, and the AG has been fighting off prosecution for securities fraud for five years. The main election better not come down to texas. Katherine Harris and her boob job are as pure as the driven slush compared with these nogoodniks.

I wonder if there won’t be a suggestion that they take early retirement and go find a storefront law firm that needs their help?

Basically Sullivan is asking for all altered phony docs to be signed and dated by actual people attested their authenticity, so each of them can be charged with crimes knowing the documents and charges are all false. Slick move.

Do I have it right that, if they ā€œdiscover mistakesā€ in some of the documents as submitted, the original submitters are on the hook?

Mistakes are not the issue. It is intentional altering of documents. Obviously if the document is altered from the original as submitted, the submitter of the authentic unaltered document would not be ā€˜on the hook’.

Notably, after Strzok and McCabe’s gave notice that DOJ had altered their notes, Sidney Powell submitted a demand that Judge Sullivan prevent anyone else from telling him their notes had been altered.

That seems like a desperately stupid pleading.
Ignore factual evidence in an active case.

You’re right. A technicality I missed at first glance.

This judge rocks, he’s just stringing them along until Trump is out of office or issues a pardon.
