Hours after Egyptian protesters scaled the American embassy in Cairo, a group of Libyans attacked the American consulate in Benghazi, AP reports. The attack, like the assault in Egypt, is purportedly linked to Florida pastor Terry Jones’s film, which both compares Mohammad to a goat and puts the Islamic prophet on trial for fomenting Islamic violence.
