So, sorry she got caught. Typical. Hope she gets some ice for those wrists.
Cudd’s lawyer has argued that the defendant was drunk when she posted the livestream.
But then several days later on Jan. 8, Cudd allegedly told a local news outlet that she “would do it again in a heartbeat,” prosecutors noted.

"$500. restitution? Seriously? It cost millions to clean up the Capitol, and she was a wealthy businesswoman. Only 75 days for sedition and insurrection? And then they should have gotten her on perjury charges when she said she regretted doing it … all the while bragging and saying she’d do it again on “other venues.”

Neither knew what they were doing was illegal.
So we’re saying that a black person accidentally voting is 24.3 times more dangerous to society than a white person accidentally storming the Capitol and assaulting police?

Provisional ballots are used when there is some discrepancy or concern over someone’s eligibility. She did not legally vote, she provisionally voted.
Between her case the convicted felons in FL who would like to get their franchise back but can’t because the state demands that they paid restitution, fees, and fines-but can’t tally up the correct total is just a sham.
And we don’t even have to rely on the first time, she showed us who she was several times.
