Sounds to me like he’s given up. As this goes for weeks, I half expect him to burst out in rage in the courtroom, maybe when Stormy Daniels testifies. Wouldn’t that be a scene? No cameras; you’d have to be there.
Fine by me … personally I have no respect or the least sympathy for him. When he came down that escalator in 2015 his eyes were open. No one forced him into his present shit pile. He did it all by his lonesome. So I am fine with his suffering.
I do not know if he would blow up at this point. His melt down seems to be one long process of erosion. I wish I were wrong as I expected something much sooner in the time line of Trump. But that nests with the idea that he has had handlers who prop him up and keep him rolling. This was during his first campaigns and then his term in office. How they did it is up to speculation at this point. But things have changed tremendously. The handlers are not the same, the motivation behind those handlers is vastly different as well. Just thinking of the people who have moved through his world over eight years or so gives that sense of different. I don’t think he is leaving for the day and the team is succeeding at getting his head space back in order to go again. Instead, he is rapidly declining, his image is in complete tatters. Even winning this case is likely not to put him back into his previous mode. He is damaged.
Not nesrly enough for my liking. As I said I want him to suffer … in public if possible. Reduced to drooling on himself, blabbering nonsense, ripping his tie off … walking on all fours in court… begging for someone to stop the voices in his head…
I think he is. He is blabbering nonsense. His Truth Social posts are insanely packed. It is beyond his nonsense to keep things in play and people off guard. He is squirrel caging over all of his troubles and it is boiling out into view. And watch for erratic acts. While I do not expect a blow up, melt down, I am waiting for him to do something in a panic to re-exert his perception of control and dominance. A pressure valve release to the control imposed on him.

I don’t know if we’ll go as far as Westminster. The problem, believe it or not, is that there just aren’t that many Silky Terriers. They’re kind of becoming a rare breed. Not many show up for the shows. Last show there were two other Silkys that Shiloh competed against. Her first show was a hoot. We showed up only with the intention of having fun. The other Silky she competed against was being shown by a well known handler, Taffee McFadden. I know that sounds like a diva but that’s because she is one of the highest paid and sought after handlers in the country. Shiloh (Cantell Pal O’ Mine) beat her and the Silky that she was showing. A surreal day.
What I am curious about is that this whole scheme was a HUGE campaign contribution.
Is anybody liable?
ALSO can Ted Cruz’ dad SUE because they doctored photos and LIED in a story about him being buds w/Lee Harvey Oswald? Publishing lies is actual PROOF of malice!
Is this the sort of thing the defense should bring up? Are you not here under an immunity agreement w/the Manhattan DA and ‘have’ to say what he wants to hear?
“Any two or more persons who conspire to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means and which conspiracy is acted upon by one or more of the parties thereto, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.”

This is the NY Statute DA Bragg has attached his business records fraud charges to which makes Trump’s alleged crimes provable as election fraud. Bragg also found the perfect witness to plead guilty to the crime in David Pecker, who is protected from prosecution by his agreement with SDNY.
No talking legal head figured any of this out until today, but Pecker was a member of this cospiracy along with Cohen and Trump. Pecker is also nearly unimpeachable as a witness. This conspiracy provides Trump’s intent in creating the 34 false business records. In addition, the National Inquirer NDA’s all expired right after the 2016 election, showing that Trump didn’t really care what Mel or anyone else thought about his infidelity.
I think Trump will be convicted and be sentenced to prison on these charges. They have him dead to rights on his corrupt intent and the rest of the case is documented on paper.
Impugning Cohen’s or Daniel’s veracity won’t provide any defense for the primary evidence Bragg is using to make his case. No wonder Trump looks like aLOSER.
