This is a unique defense. Our client’s lawsuit was so stupid that the defendants spent too much money fighting it.

The problem was always marketing. There is too much money to be made with tomfooolery. I still think that we have a chance to turn a corner, but the Right has so many weapons.
Messaging and education…interactions among social equals and some other social practices would give us a chance.
There are vast pockets of this kind of social setting all over this country…I wish there were more people sticking mikes in their faces

There are lots of addicts whose work I can take very seriously. Many of the major jazz giants of the postwar era were junkies, and also brilliant, productive artists. The core problem with Lindell is that he’s crazy and foolish.
