A federal judge in Colorado on Monday ordered two pro-Trump lawyers who launched one of MAGAland’s many lawsuits aiming to undo the 2020 election to hand over $186,922 in attorneys fees to the defendants in their suit, including Dominion Voting Systems and Facebook.
They’ll likely declare biz-bankruptcy, dodge the fine, and re-incorporate under some new entity.
It’s what cockroaches do.

Sidney Powell, Lin Wood and the rest of the “Kracken” team have been similarly ordered to pay attorneys fees for the city of Detroit and Michigan, and have been referred for disbarment.
Technically, they’ve been referred to their respective states’ disciplinary organizations, who can choose punishments less than full disbarment, including no punishment at all.
That’s a chunk of change… hey, maybe TFG will chip in! 
These people need a class action lawsuit on behalf of the American public for trying to undermine our elections.

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell offered excuses on Tuesday after a lawsuit challenging the 2020 presidential election was not filed at the Supreme Court as he had claimed.
Would get overturned on appeal. The other side’s actual and reasonably-incurred attorney fees are widely accepted as a proper basis for assessing sanctions. When you depart from that standard, you start running into the principle that sanctions should be no greater than necessary to deter the conduct in the future. Million dollar sanctions awards when the fees are only in the $100k range seems pretty disproportionate.

IIRC (not a sure thing), ghoulsie never appeared before that Michigan federal judge who referred all 8 filing attorneys for discipline. I think he filed only one suit, in PA, and that one suit got him suspended in NY pending further disciplinary review.
