Wyoming investment fund manager Foster Freiss confirmed to NBC that he is one of the principle backers of the Red White and Blue Fund which put over $500,000 into campaign ads in Iowa for Rick Santorum and which is planning to expand its reach to New Hampshire, South Carolina, and Florida on behalf of the former Senator.
