President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney are locked at 48 percent support apiece among likely voters in Democratic-leaning Public Policy Polling’s latest daily tracking poll, conducted Oct. 23-25 on behalf of the progressive group Americans United for Change. Obama led Romney in PPP’s tracking poll on Thursday 49 percent to 47 percent.
