Not really a “details” sort of guy, Fat Mike. Like knowing his ambassadors in countries that we pay a lot of money and attention to …

Well if you so innocent then go under oath about it.

Damn. Pompeo is confident those shredders at Foggy Bottom he ordered to work overtime are completely on top of this. I wouldn’t be so confident, you pompous ass.

Someone has the receipts…and not answering to the American people can only go on for so long, and then what? tRump won’t always be there to protect your sorry ass. In fact, he’s more likely to throw you under the bus at some point if he thinks it will save his own hide. Good luck, moron. You’ll be toast too, eventually.

Hah. I’m so old I remember when the press continually debated whether they should use the word “liar” when they saw one in their reporting. We are waaaaay past that now I hope.

Saying you never met him face to face really doesn’t matter much, the president himself directed people to work with Rudy, these two worked for Rudy. This is established.

“Until this story broke, the best of my recollection, I’d never heard of this at all,” Pompeo told conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt.

The “best of my recollection” indicates this is a lie: PompousAss is tapdancing here, “I’ll just keep lying until someone proves that I knew…then I’ll suddenly miraculously remember.”

The only positive for us is that the truth keeps sneaking out and making lots of Trumpsters “unforget.”

When playing the “I didn’t know what was going on in my dept.” is your best defense/excuse you are in such deep shit you might as well quit right now. Pompeo is a fool.

Deny it under oath then.

The idea that the secretary of state was unaware of the surveillance of one of our ambassadors who just happened to be investigating corruption in Ukraine where, it turns out, his boss, the Orange Occupant had illegally asked a foreign power to interfere in our election and, we now learn all of these on-air supporters are involved in corrupt actviities…well, I find it hard to believe. It would take an awfully incompetent S of S to be that clueless.

Is it just me or would most people’s recollection include taking note of threats against one of your most critical ambassadors in a volatile country? Just asking for a friend.

Yeah, really. A lot of Goopers are getting awful practiced at backtracking and sidewinding.

Don’t we have some big ass complex out in the middle of nowhere that monitors all this stuff, especially from outside the country to inside the country. Maybe someone should ask those folks who is telling the truth.

That’s no guarantee. Oaths mean nothing to chronic liars.

Case in point, one only has to look at McConnell signing the ‘oath book’ with his signature yesterday after saying he would not be impartial when it came to this trial only weeks earlier.

Otherwise known as cowardly behavior.
