More than one in four American adults support the Tea Party movement, according to a new Gallup poll.Gallup found that 28% of Americans consider themselves supporters of the Tea Party movement (versus 26% who consider themselves opponents). And a new Rasmussen poll shows that 48% of voters think the “average Tea Party member” closely shares their views — compared to 44% who said the same of President Obama.
