Poll: More Americans Would Be ‘Pleased’ If Court Struck Down Health Care Reform | Talking Points Memo

A new national poll from NBC News and the Wall Street Journal shows that more Americans would be “pleased” if the Supreme Court struck down President Obama’s signature health care reform law than the number that want to see if upheld. “In the survey, 37 percent say they would be pleased if the Supreme Court finds the law unconstitutional, versus 22 percent who say they would be disappointed with that outcome,” NBC’s FirstRead wrote. “On the flip side, 28 percent say they would be pleased if the court rules the law is constitutional, compared with 35 percent who say they would be disappointed.”
