I like cats better, but I certainly don’t hate dogs and don’t understand a person who does. Oh wait, I do.
The fact that he hates dogs is proof he’s a bad person and therefore could never be a good president
OT-CNBC/Change Research has the first poll conducted entirely after the debate. Biden 54%, Trump 41%. That’s landslide territory.
" “disappointed that the prevention for a deadly disease was discussed in political terms rather than scientific facts.”
When someone is trying their damnedest to avoid going to prison nothing is off the table.
I’m gonna unilaterally declare that wonderful polling news will not be OT on any thread for the duration. We’re all about at the ends of our ropes here and good news helps.
And even Shrub looked like a perfectly normal human, enjoying his pooch.
Trump prefers grabbing felines…
After you’ve killed more than 200,000, knocking off a few more is easy.
Yes, 54% sane, 41% insane/racist/fascist/AmericanTaliban and apparently 5% obliviot.
You’d have to be an obliviot or insane or racist or fascist or AmericanTaliban to not go for Joe.
+1
I keep coming back to manufacturing the vaccine, prioritizing who gets it first, and distribution.
Now I know that two or more of these companies have have a two shot vaccine protocol, how are they going to coordinate that? And what’s the outside limit of the length of time between the two shots?
And who is paying for this?
Well, obviously the effect would have to come from the announcement itself. In practical terms, I haven’t heard that even a highly effective vaccine would just make the pandemic go poof. But lots of people don’t know that and would get a lift just from imagining it could happen in some foreseeable future.
And to add to the fun, the shots aren’t interchangeable between companies, so if you get the first shot from one, you need to have the second also from them.
Logistics nightmare.
And how many of those dogs are immigrant dogs and/or foreign born dogs. If dogs other than these American dogs show up at the polling place…

then the poll worker must demand their papers please.

Diogenes was right.
Actually, I just checked and as usual, those numbers are among “Likely Voters” and I assume that doesn’t capture a large number of the 100 million no-shows from 2016. If the past three and a half years have woke even a percentage of those folks, the numbers will be way off. Can’t guarantee it, but I do wish this was being addressed by pollsters, either with a discussion of their “Likely Voter” models, or by additional polling to measure any swings.
Personally, I’m keying of thing like “Biden/Harris raise record one hour amount during debate” and “Act Blue raises $40 million in one day”. Oh, and any word on fundraising out of the Trump camp? Of course - the story is “The campaign manager stole $40 million, still no word on how much the candidate skimmed”.
Something’s afoot…
The Pfizer and Moderna are RNA vaccines. They require storage at -70C. Doctor’s offices and pharmacies don’t have freezers at that temp and there aren’t enough to fill orders if they all tried to get them. Dry ice supplies are insufficient as well. So there will have to be a central repository in each area where the vaccines will be administered, The J&J is stored at normal refrigerator temps, so that won’t be a factor there, but they have been delayed with the adverse event in the UK.
But wait! Evidently Trump is up big in the highly non-respected bogus polls category, so you have to take that into account. (You do not have to take that into account.)
Trump campaign adviser @JasonMillerinDC is now rattling off online debate polls Trump won including "the New Jersey dot com poll" and the "KISS FM Phoenix online survey."

You forgot mine, the Brittany. Ok, she’s white and not from a shithole country, but still…
I believe that Trumplethinskin has skimmed so much that he is now way far behind and is having a very difficult time grifting his rubes for more.
