President Obama leads Republican candidate Mitt Romney by 11 points in Pennsylvania, 50 percent to Romney’s 39 percent, in a new poll commissioned by the Philadelphia Inquierer. The personal ratings of both men tell the story — Obama is viewed favorably by 56 percent of the 600 likely voters polled, while viewed unfavorably by only 40 percent.
