OK legal eagles can the Republican member of the legislature that signs the subpoenas be on the hook legally if a person on the list that is handed over to a third party had their identity stolen? Or can they spread it around to any Republican that voted for this joy ride?

And they’re doing it to themselves, and all out in the open.
I’m pretty damn sure none of them consulted a lawyer on how this opens them all up to law suits over giving an unknown, non governmental business access to millions of people’s personal info. All to try and soothe the fat orange baby.

PA counties just revamped their voting machinery to allow for a paper trail as ordered by the Governor. At taxpayer expense. This will not go over well.

Is this the point at which, even for the Republican leaning independent voters, that a state GOP has jumped the shark? Trying to subpoena personal information about voters, using undisclosed public dollars, and outscoring to a private company? I known we’ve seen some of this in AZ. But will the combination of all three be too much?

That ship has sailed. Sad fact is they can’t do the maths. The maths have shown more people showed up to vote. And if they’re relying on their internal polling numbers, well then they were played for fools.
On 11/03/20 the majority of people rose up and proclaimed that the king had no clothes on.

On one hand I’d kind of like it if some one showed up at my front door to question me about voting. Though I’m not a pot stirrer I could get my wooden spoon out for some questioning of my own.
