House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) on Monday morning wasn’t having it with President Donald Trump’s refusal to say whether he’ll accept the election results in November should he lose to his Democratic rival Joe Biden.
Joe Biden: “We are perfectly capable of escorting trespassers off the property.”
Just like the Jackboots, I expected this “I-won’t-accept-the-results” bit from Trump…but a little later than now.
Weak. But there is only so much babysitting one can do with an out-of-control three-year-old.

Remember that we need to hold everyone of his enablers accountable as well once this shitshow ends it run.

It might take bloodshed, but Trump attempting to usurp power and suffering the fate of Gaddafi would lead to actual justice for America. It would be a fitting end for him.

Barring calamity, Biden becomes president at noon on January 20th. (It is the clock, not the oath, that makes a person the new president.) But like Harry Truman in 1949, he may have to take up residence in Blair House, across the street, because it will require total top-to-bottom cleaning, fumigating and de-lousing to make the White House habitable by decent human beings again.
We may end up like the penultimate scene in the 1969 movie Z wherein all the anti-authoritarian forces are arrested one by one. Of course the end is the opposite, but the path to it is not quite simple.

You missed what General Milley said in apologizing for his (apparently unknowing) appearance with Trump ad Lafayette Square. He was firing a shot across Trump’s bow to disabuse him of the notion that the military would help keep him in office illegitmately.
If it comes to that–and it won’t, because Donny-Boy is first and foremost a coward–the Secret Service will escort him out on January 20th.
