I think Trump’s colluding and conspiring with the Russian government and Eastern Europe oligarchs to steal a Presidential election is of more concern. But Pelosi can’t be bothered to issue periodic invectives against that sort of stuff. Wouldn’t want it on the public’s daily radar, would we?

Well, that’s got to burn. Say it loud, say it often SELLING OUT THE CONSTITUTION.

I’d read that in addition to all the cars they carry around for the driving processions, they took a helicopter too. Just trying to be frugal with the taxpayer’s money.

She and Schumer should both repeat this after the break and put in in the Congressional record, for whatever that’s worth. They might focus on McConnell’s support of the Russian’s attack on our elections, too. It’s officially campaign season so burn, baby, burn!

This is good: making sure the Trump effluvia gets splashed all over the Dominionist Q-tip. More please.

I think Pence spends pretty much all his tme “lining Trump’s pockets,” if you get my drift …

And by not supporting impeachment, she is selling out the Constitution, too.

245 days since you took over the House, Ms. Pelosi. 303 days since you flipped the House in the midterm election, and knew you were taking over the reins.

And you’re making about as much progress in holding Trump and those in his employ accountable as Trump is in building his wall. Which is to say, damned little.

OT. Here is Prof. Karpf’s well stated response to Bretbug’s Nazi Propagandist column. Worth the read, we await the NYT’s response.

I think the U.S. Government torturing and killing immigrant children in American Concentration Camps is even more of a concern.

But that does not even seem to make her radar.

“…lining Trump’s pockets…”

Trump is liable to just pick out that part of her statement & say:

“Wow, Nancy Pelosi, or Nancy as I call her, isn’t that much of a disaster after all !”

I posit had the former not occurred the latter wouldn’t have also.

So ditsy whitsy Pelosi…DO SOMETHING AND DO YOUR JOB or retire!

Pence is following Trump’s orders in violation of the US Constution…what on earth are you waiting for on impeachment?

Pelosi anbd Schumer are such spineless weaklings! No wonder US labor and the middle class went searching for leadership under Trump’s Russian aided propaganda…the Democrats show up to a gun fight with a water pistol.

Pathetic!

Thanks, that was a good read and hadn’t seen it elsewhere.

Apparently Pence also craps on the carpet in Ireland.

Pence = all of the insanity, dishonesty and mind numbing stupidity of Trump … without the charm.

OT but this goes beyond pathetic, laughable, evidence of decompensation etc. etc. and becomes a thrown-open window on the lengths a person with NPD will go to avoid the agonizing experience of shame. Like a torture victim, they’ll obviously do literally anything to avoid it. I’m not laughing at this. It’s horrifying in itself, and a hundred times more horrifying in a president of the United States.

In truth pursuing an emolument clause violation is akin to nailing jello to a wall. Pelosi and the Democrats have far more serious crimes I’d be fleshing out if impeachment was the goal.

I completely agree that the anti impeachment stance is awful and hurtful to the party and the country in the long run.

But…

There’s a difference between selling out the constitution to our enemies and to line your pockets and selling the American people short by shirking your constitutional duties.

Trump and company’s actions are openly and brazenly criminal.

Pelosi’s inaction is openly a political decision (an awful, shortsighted political decision)
