I’m thinking he would try to get the top Democrats arrested by the military first.
I doubt getting him out of office will that easy.
He’s a narcissist, he’ll leave that office only by physical force. Here’s to hoping he resigns, but I’m not going to count on it.

what is nauseating is this inability to recognize that Pelosi has had her hand forced – she hasn’t played anything.
This is the result of a massive backlash of people who are sick of Pelosi’s dithering. Its been ELEVEN DAYS since Adam Schiff announced that the whistle blower complaint was being blocked, and rather than lead the charge during that period, and taking advantage of the intiative, we have now reached the point where Trump has been able to muddy the waters.
Let me repeat that.
Pelosi’s dithering on this issue has enabled Trump to set the agenda.
so please stop with this ridiculous hero worship. Pelosi has mishandled impeachment from Day One. The fact that she might finally be getting part of it right isn’t cause for tributes and celebration, its merely cause for relief.

I’m happy and scared with this Impeachment announcement. I think it’s time, i think this Ukraine event IS the Smoking Gun. However, i’m really scared that this will cost us in 2020. It’s the right thing to do and it has to be done but, i am worried about 2020.

He does have a history of quitting and bailing. He has done that on marriages and businesses. This is a guy used to having a sugar daddy. I’m not predicting resignation, but that it’s on the radar and if certain things shift into place, that becomes a possibility. He’s facing massive criminal liability exposure and his chances of winning re-election are not great. He’s not totally out of it. He has some EC scenarios in his favor if he gets his share of the white vote up, but historically speaking, he’s not in a great spot for re-election. He lost a big showdown to Biden. A rational person would think about it. He’s a bit of a gambler and will rather bet it all on win or go to jail, but Netanyahu tried that and he’s likely to be indicted in October. Bibi also got less popular the more racist he went. We can’t discount any of the possibilities.
