Blondi is the first one I want to see in the courtroom dock as a defendant, once the First Felon is gone.
The medical board will take care of this guy. His falsifications are enough, without a trial, to remove his board status and un-employ him permanently.

About 15 years ago, we had an MD in our area who provided false vaccination records. At the time, the state did not allow children attending public schools to opt out of the vaccine requirements based on a religious or philosophical objection. Then, during some rare outbreak, the anti-vaxxers would point to the state’s 95% immunization rate (which was inaccurate to some degree, thanks to the faked records they submitted) and say see, herd immunity doesn’t work.

So this plastic surgeon was throwing away vaccination doses that cost tax payers how much in development and production? That this doc had doses on hand and threw them away when other people were trying to get vaccinated?

How many died – not just his patients and their families, but total strangers in stores, offices, and schools who contracted COVID from unvaxxed people who thought they were good – because this selfish, sociopathic dirtbag committed fraud?
This reprehensible a-hole is no better than the Tylenol poisoner.

I only read the start of the article because the rest, given what we already know about the Trump and his administration in general and Pam Bondi in particular.
What we know is that they are for sale, can and are often bribed.
Pam Bondi is attorney general of the United states because when she was attorney general for Florida she took a bribe from Donald Trump to drop a lawsuit related to the fraud that was Trump university.
I think there is little doubt that her actions here are about bribery and not about policy.
You also deserve many likes for this fantastic and simple observation.
So, a doc can waste strategic resources, defraud the government, lie to his patients, some of which travel from out of state, harm them directly and indirectly, and not pay taxes on this income because “he provides a choice when the government does not.”
Meanwhile: womans rights and family planning.

That presumably excludes those who were afflicted with COVID and spent time (or died) in a hospital.
It also reveals the hypocrisy of this administration: signing a mortgage form indicating a home is for a family member is fraud, worthy of 2-3 attempts at indictment, but a doctor who signed a card falsely indicating someone has been vaccinated against a contagious disease merely “gave his patients a choice when the federal government refused to do so. He did not deserve the years in prison he was facing. It ends today.”

We are now a lawless third world country where criminals, fraudsters, grifters and all other miscreants are not held accountable.
