Sarah Palin’s upcoming memoir “Going Rogue: An American Life” has catapulted to the top of the bestseller lists — nearly two months before its release date.The book, which will be released Nov. 17, is at the top of Amazon.com’s bestseller list, directly above Dan Brown’s “The Lost Symbol” and Glenn Beck’s “Arguing With Idiots: How to Stop Small Minds and Big Governments.”
