HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — Pennsylvania’s highest court on Saturday night threw out a lower court’s order preventing the state from certifying dozens of contests on its Nov. 3 election ballot in the latest lawsuit filed by Republicans attempting to thwart President-elect Joe Biden’s victory in the battleground state.
In the end, they’re just going to sue America, and ask the Supreme Court to invalidate it as unconstitutional.
It’s stunning to think of the scope of what that lawsuit sought to do, and what they are willing to lose in order to get this “win”.
So how many more lawsuits get filed today? 3? 5? It appears to be Groundhog Day in PA…seemingly every day I read about a dismissed suit from the Keystone state.

“Deep State judges.” “Corrupt court.” Just a couple of things I heard from the rot on the right when the decision was announced last night.
Dunno the last time I heard any of the supreme courts dismiss a lawsuit with prejudice… Maybe they need to start sanctioning and disbarring the lawyers who are willing to run with these jokes of cases.
