Over Half Of N.J. Residents Think Dharun Ravi Sentence ‘Not Tough Enough’ | Talking Points Memo

Just over 50 percent of New Jersey residents think the sentence given to Dharun Ravi for spying on his gay roommate, Tyler Clementi, was “not tough enough,” The Newark Star-Ledger reports. Ravi reported to jail last week to beging a 30-day sentence. He was also sentenced to probation, a fine, and community service.
