Ousted HHS Official ‘Frustrated’ By ‘Inability To Be Heard As Scientists’ In Trump Admin

Can’t escape noticing the hypocrisy involved in lambasting scientists for telling the truth while using the fruits of their research to protect themselves at the public’s expense.

We’re gonna need new permits for extensions in hell.

Yup. Not even incompetence, but deliberately not doing the right thing even when told what it is.

Just like their “edits” to the CDC guidelines, to make them less prescriptive.

Funny. People in Contra Costa county kinda feel that way about Antioch as a whole.

Gotta love the leakers and whistleblowers, they’re all doing the right thing and the WH never will We ordered masks, took three weeks to get here, wore bandannas before they came, and I don’t feel secure at all.

Even today, production lines that could be making more than 7 million masks a month sit dormant.

  1. California, and by implication, WA and OR, votes don’t count.
  2. I’m not going to accept the election results when I lose.

Yeah it was clear from the article that he got a lot of pushback for that.

This is why the Tara Reade scandale du jour doesn’t make a goddamn difference. Fat Nixon’s got to go. We need a president in the style of how presidents used to be until him.

It’s apparent Fat Nixon has amnesia along with dementia.

TRUMP: Because I’m allowed to. Well that’s called out of state – you know why I voted? Because I happened to be in the White House and I won’t be able to go to Florida and vote.

Speaking of scientists. One more nail in the coffin.

I can understand what Dr. Bright is saying here. But, in truth, there’s been an anti-science, anti-reason subtext in a lot of American politics for a very long time. This is also true in other countries but seems to be on a smaller scale than observed in the USA.

I think it’s because religion isn’t as much of a power elsewhere. America drowns in stupid religion. The opposite of science is faith.

Apparently, one of her new lawyers (Moran) has ties to “Sputnik” and Russian media. Okay, in and of itself. But it’s not a good look. Optics. Clouds. Shadows. Side-eye. Who’s paying them? Etc.

I’m somewhat expecting that remdesivir will in the end turn out to be just as ineffective, but not before Giliad has an opportunity to gorge itself at the public trough.
