Am I missing something? If this guy was there to hold the line against foreign cyber-interference in our elections, then I’m glad he was there and did his job well. He paid the price for not bending to Trump’s criminal intentions with his job, and is now speaking out vociferously. What more can we reasonably expect?
Heck, he’s even calling out cowardly Republicans in leadership positions.

There’s nothing to investigate: the whole ‘controversy’ is a bunch of allegations without credible evidence supporting them.
It doesn’t deserve a second look, and there’s certainly nothing to gain by having the Gym Jordan’s of the world browbeat witnesses in an effort to coerce some kind of affirmation of these spurious allegations.
Although, really, I would be interested in the findings of an impartial inquiry, with subpoena power, into just where these claims came from.

All Trump is really trying to do is the delegitimize Biden’s win, put it under suspicion, to even the score–he feels–for his own victory having been made questionable by the Russian investigation.

It’s bad enough when we were really sure there was election interference; now we are faced with how much of our national security is he going to sell for another tower somewhere. AND he needs money; what’s to stop him?
Counterpoint: If you just say “rampant voter fraud” reflexively without a scintilla of evidence you’re going to have half of the country uncertain about the intelligence of your party and its supporters.
