One Judge Finds A Way To Uphold The Alien Enemies Act Removals

Roberts: “The rule of law is deteriorating! I wonder why… what could it be… yes, yes, the children!” What the ever living fuck. It worries me that he shows such a lack of self awareness.

I think he’s perfectly aware that it’s him and the other “adults”. But how long would he last after saying it. Note also that he specifically says it’s not OK to call out supreme court justices for blatant corruption.

Roberts: ‘If only these young people had a bit more resentfulness like I did before I joined the Reagan DOJ in order to take an axe to the Voting Rights Act”.

It’s been a while since we’ve invaded a Latin American country. Too long.

Haines, a Trump appointee, found that the White House had correctly described a “predatory incursion” by a foreign government into the United States when it designated Tren de Aragua, a Venezuelan gang with some operations in the U.S., a terrorist organization and accused it of being in thrall to Caracas. That last part — that TdA is an arm of the Venezuelan government — is at the President’s discretion to decide, Haines found.

(Not a lawyer, which should be painfully obvious)

What we need now is to invent the class action habeas corpus lawsuit.

(And why not, I ask. The other side has been pulling legal theories out of their collective backsides for years now. Sauce for the goose, sauce for the gander, I say.)

(ETA: Though my inner Latin speaker wonders if that would need to be habeas corpora because it’s plural…)

(What’s that, nurse? Time for my medications? All right…)

Is Chief “Justice” Roberts stupid? Blind? Or just pushing the con? Of course “young people” don’t “understand” our system of laws, equal justice for all, due process, yada yada. Every day, they see and see reported how certain classes of people are executed on the spot for having a burned out tail light or looking at a toy gun in a department store. While the news reports major white collar wealthy criminals getting so much “due process” that they never, ever need to go to trial, let alone face justice?

And let’s not ignore the immunity and impunity for the Republican species.

The Third Circuit is likely to overturn the judge, because the decision just does not square with history or reality. And there are some well-reasoned contrary decisions.

Good point. I have been trying to research about where all these crime waves attributable to these Venezuelan gangs has been happening. I can’t find any information. Can anybody help me out ?

Actually he’s a WANNABE personification of evil with that utterly repulsive, beyond-punchable face and his smug, undereducated delusional self-importance. In fact. he’s simply a repellent douchebag incel creep who’s probably living out his rage at having been a school bus punching bag and a dateless weirdo in high school.
