The courts SHOULD be the guardrails against this nonsense. No one should be surprised that many of the cases are either being thrown out or overturned. That’s what’s SUPPOSED to happen.
The problem is at the top, where they’ve been corrupted beyond recognition.

The courtesans are untouchable. There’s no telling them they can’t do this. They have the ultimate authority, granted them in the Constitution, which made no provision for ridding the court of those that are bad actors. Yes, I know: ‘during good behavior’ or whatever that nonsense is. Trouble is, who determines what is good behavior?
