Which election is this ballot initiative supposed to appear in? April’s, where the WI supreme court majority will be decided?
This would appear on the November 2023 ballot if enough signatures are collected.
If not, because of Ohio’s law allowing citizens’ initiated constitutional amendments to be put on the ballot only on the general election ballot, then it would appear November 2024. (of course there’s a carve out for legislative amendments to be allowed on a primary ballot.)

I wonder if Ohio Republicans will be stupid enough to prevent this from getting on the November 2023 ballot. If it isn’t voted on in 2023, it will be in 2024. I would love to see Democrats carry Ohio in 2024 because of a ballot initiative bringing Democrats out to vote.

if you’re not a licensed physician you don’t make fucking medical decisions for other people. Period. I don’t know why it’s so hard to convince people of that.

Probably because it’s obviously bullshit, if you spend a minute or two to think about all the medical practices and procedures that are and should be illegal.

And, of course, the anti vaxxers expect us to pick up the tab when they get sick more frequently than the rest of us.

The current state of law and regulation does not require anyone to breathe through masks. The stupids won, which means the anti-vaxxers do have a de facto right to spread viruses.
