Updated 1:17 P.M. E.T. NYACK, N.Y. (AP) — An explosion in a college campus building north of New York City blew out windows. There are reports of injuries, but the college says everyone was doing OK.The explosion at Nyack (NY’-ak) College happened just before noon. A spokesman for the Rockland County executive’s office says county fire departments are responding.
