Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is set to endorse Sen. Bernie Sanders’ (I-VT) bid for the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination Saturday at a rally in Queens, New York, according to reports.
Anyone know where in Queens it’ll be held? It’s where I live, so, would like to attend.
…Ok, found out (via this amazing thing called google), Queensbridge Park, Long Island City. There’s a Costco nearby so maybe I’ll park there and walk over. I need some things from there anyway.
She can be a sympathetic ear for great-grandpa and listen to his stories when he drops out.
“I know, Gramps — it was totally rigged against you. You’re right — things were so much better back in the ‘aughts before the flying machines took over the skies.”

Coming Bumper Sticker: “Myocardial Infarction in 2020!”
Not that much for me, but I feel this is going to be the first stumble of her career. It also doesn’t help she’s validating a ton of Bernie’s creepier fans who claimed her not endorsing him was somehow a betrayal
I hope Bernie lives to be 100, but I think his body is sending him a message he doesn’t want to hear. That is one stressful job and Bernie doesn’t seem like the meditating type.
Sanders’ campaign manager told BuzzFeed News that Ocasio-Cortez “will help us build the multiracial working class coalition we need to win and transform this country.”
I hope Bernie lives to be 100, too, but I hope the last 20+ years of his life are filled with crippling, agonizing guilt, regret, and shame for what he did to the country in helping elect Trump.
This is tiresome. He didn’t play spoiler. He campaigned for Hillary. He did the exact thing you’re saying he didn’t do, and asking if AOC will do. He’s not my candidate this time (Warren is) but I hate to see people rewriting history.
