President Obama is scheduled to have lunch with Reps. Paul Ryan (R-WI) and Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) at 12:25 p.m. ET Thursday at the White House. Ryan is chairman of the House Budget Committee. Van Hollen is the ranking member on the committee.
