President Obama invoked the 2008 campaign in a speech in Mansfield, Ohio Wednesday. In his speech, Obama pushed his plan to raise taxes on income over $250,000 and revive manufacturing and the middle class. As in recent speeches, Obama’s campaign message has focused less on the short-term goal of fixing the economy and on a message of long-term growth and growing the middle class.
