What am I missing? I thought some lawyers on Twitter were saying if DoJ was doing anything, we’d know via indirect means, for example, witnesses speaking to the media. My understanding, and perhaps I misunderstood, is they were saying or implying there wasn’t a grand jury convened, but here we have a grand jury that just returned an indictment.
ETA: There had better be a lot of people on Twitter apologizing to Merrick Garland. The slander was out of control.
