HONG KONG (AP) — The New York Times said Tuesday it will transfer some of its staff out of Hong Kong because of uncertainties about practicing journalism in the Chinese territory under its newly imposed national security law.

Hypocrisy is dead. I see UK’s policy change as a good start. Hong Kong will lose it’s place in the world as companies move away and someone else becomes the financial center in that area.

Gee, I hope they got Tom Cotton’s permission first.
