He was part of the infamous “find me the votes” calls. How many other calls did he do pressuring officials before those? That is why at some point they decided to record those calls.

Awesome! A timely reminder that when someone’s PR flack hops up and down on tv saying “my client is not a target”, you’re not a target…until you are. Nice to see this tangible evidence that DA Willis is pursuing the case vigorously

I would love to see Giuliani flip on Trump. I would love to see Giuliani indicted. I would love to see Giuliani on trial. I would love to see Giuliani in jail.

Love, love, love.

He ought to call Trump and tell him that he really needs those steal-the-election bills payed. He will need some lawyering himself.

But does lawyer client privilege excuse or shield testifying about personal illegal activity?

Attorney-client privilege is out because of the crime-fraud exception. Executive privilege could go down for the same reason. Pretty much left with an endless litany of 5th Amendment or negotiate a plea deal. In the interim, stay off balconies and away from open windows above the first floor.

Rudy was until his love affair with Trump the luckiest bullshiter in America. He was lucky enough to be mayor of NYC when 9/11 went down and lucky that he was out of that postilion shortly thereafter alleviating him of having to do something about it. he was called “America’s Mayor” but never did a damn thing to earn that honor. Had he left shit alone and stayed off the Trump bandwagon he’d still be bathing in laurels he didn’t deserve. Instead he’ll soon be indicted and remembered not for 9/11 but hair die running down his checks and contributing to his son’s annihilation at the polls.

He’s dumb.

Iirc he did get rid of the squeegee guys at the tunnels and got rid of the pee smell in the subways.
What more do you want from a NYC mayor?

Giuliani is 78, he is being sued left and right, he is is being criminally investigated in GA and probably by the Feds as well. Doesn’t look like a peaceful retirement is in the cards, he might as well croak now.

It’s well established that those things were done by the Police Chief. Rudy was damn good at taking credit for things he did not do.

Glad to see this scum bucket is finally starting to get his just desserts.

I expect to see the same Bannon-style outside-the-courthouse blustering from Giuliani.

Will his defense team call Sept. 11 to the stand? That’s the only character witness he’s got left.
